Important notes for using this site:

• If you have a protected address, this website will not work for you. Instead, contact us directly to request your ballot. 
• If you have a disability that prevents you from voting a regular Vote-by-Mail ballot and would like an accessible ballot, please contact us directly. 
• If you need to update your residential or mailing address, please do so before you request your ballot. You can update your address online at RegisterToVoteFlorida.gov. After you update your address, wait one business day so we can process your address update. Then, return to this page to request your ballot.

Information you provide using this service is exempt from public disclosure except that it is available upon request to canvassing boards, election officials, political parties, political committees, committees of continuous existence, and candidates facing opposition in an upcoming election (s. 101.62(3), F.S.).
