If you are changing your address to Putnam County FROM ANOTHER COUNTY IN FLORIDA:

  2. Visit www.registertovoteflorida.gov and submit your changes using an online application.

  4. If you are moving OUT OF PUTNAM County, please call your NEW county's Supervisor of Elections' office or use the Florida Voter Registration Application form to change your address.
If you to need to update your SIGNATURE:

  2. Stop by our office to complete an application.
  3. Call us at (386) 329-0224, we will mail an application to you. 
  4. Complete the application with your updated signature and return it to our office, either in person or by mail, for  processing.
